The most reproducible PSMD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM3, ATP8A1, and CSF3R. Each is linked with PSMD14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD14-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD14 results are reported.
