Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,927 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with PSMD14 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD14-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion grouped by PSMD14-low versus PSMD14-high in URINARY_TRACT.
