Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,667 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP1, HELZ, and PARG. Each is linked with PSMD12 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD12-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD12 results are reported.
