Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,720 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNA2, UBE2O, and DDX5. Each is linked with PSMD12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD12-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
