PSMD12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHA, CPED1, and LRRC59. Each is linked with PSMD12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD12-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
