PSMD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,753 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPG, PSME3, and RRM2. Each is linked with PSMD11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD11-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD11 versus NCAPG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
