PSMD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDV3, MIR5702, and RRM2P4. Each is linked with PSMD11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD11-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDV3 grouped by PSMD11-low versus PSMD11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
