Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,099 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication checkpoint signaling, DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, and DNA replication. Each is linked with PSMD11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD11-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD11 results are reported.
