PSMD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,410 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHID1, DIS3L2, and DTYMK. Each is linked with PSMD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD1 versus CHID1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
