PSMC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,048 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMX1, FKBP3, and GNPNAT1. Each is linked with PSMC6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC6 versus TMX1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
