Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR2909, RN7SL210P, and RN7SKP39. Each is linked with PSMC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR2909 grouped by PSMC6-low versus PSMC6-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
