Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,467 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to condensed chromosome, Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region, and Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with PSMC6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC6 results are reported.
