PSMC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,922 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX5, FTSJ3, and TACO1. Each is linked with PSMC5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC5 versus DDX5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
