Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,215 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSL5, KIF15, and DPEP2. Each is linked with PSMC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC5 versus ACSL5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
