Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMC4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMC4 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PSMC4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, PDAC, and OV are the cancer types where PSMC4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
