Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,015 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT5H, MCM6, and TIMM50. Each is linked with PSMC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC4 versus SUPT5H in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
