Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,515 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, KLF2, and ELMO1. Each is linked with PSMC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC4 versus CSF3R in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
