PSMC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,316 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM50, PAF1, and RBM42. Each is linked with PSMC4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC4 versus TIMM50 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
