Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,570 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, Spliceosomal snRNP assembly, and Nuclear histone mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with PSMC4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC4 results are reported.
