Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMC3IP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMC3IP data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher PSMC3IP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMC3IP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA are the cancer types where PSMC3IP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
