Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMC3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PSMC3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, BLCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where PSMC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
