Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,009 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF2, RCSD1, and RTRAF. Each is linked with PSMC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3 versus DNAAF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
