Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,236 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC2, UBE2H, and PUS7. Each is linked with PSMC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC2 versus DNAJC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
