PSMC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with PSMC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a grouped by PSMC2-low versus PSMC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
