PSMC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,936 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ORC5, COPS6, and POLR2J. Each is linked with PSMC2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC2 versus ORC5 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
