PSMC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,699 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, UBR7, and MARK3. Each is linked with PSMC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMC1 versus BAG5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
