PSMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 285 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP305, RNA5SP303, and MIR769. Each is linked with PSMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP305 grouped by PSMC1-low versus PSMC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
