Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,780 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome separation, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Positive regulation of spindle checkpoint. Each is linked with PSMC1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMC1 results are reported.
