Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMB9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMB9 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PSMB9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMB9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, PRAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where PSMB9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
