PSMB9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,889 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA7, UBE2L6, and PSMB10. Each is linked with PSMB9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB9-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB9 versus UBA7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
