Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMB9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,669 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with PSMB9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB9-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB9 results are reported.
