PSMB8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,917 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMI, TRIM21, and TRIM22. Each is linked with PSMB8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
