Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMB8-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Chk2, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PSMB8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB8-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
