PSMB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 973 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP424, and MLLT10P2. Each is linked with PSMB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by PSMB7-low versus PSMB7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
