Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and ACC1. Each is linked with PSMB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB7 results are reported.
