Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,055 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Proteasome assembly, and Positive regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with PSMB7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB7-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB7 results are reported.
