PSMB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,517 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, MCM3, and ADAR. Each is linked with PSMB4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB4 versus CACYBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
