Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and INPP4B. Each is linked with PSMB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB4 results are reported.
