Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,245 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Threonyl-tRNA aminoacylation, Regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction, and Lung development. Each is linked with PSMB4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB4 results are reported.
