Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMB3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSMB3P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher PSMB3P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMB3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

PAAD, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PSMB3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
