PSMB3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,557 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX3, UBXN6, and PRTN3. Each is linked with PSMB3P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB3P1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB3P1 versus STX3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
