Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, SMG1P4, and RNU6-222P. Each is linked with PSMB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB3 results are reported.
