Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMB10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMB10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PSMB10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMB10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where PSMB10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
