PSMB10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,704 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSME1, TRIM22, and LAP3. Each is linked with PSMB10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB10-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
