Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,240 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3H, ETV7, and GRAP2. Each is linked with PSMB10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB10-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB10 results are reported.
