PSMB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,529 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VTA1, KPNA2, and HBS1L. Each is linked with PSMB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB1 versus VTA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
