Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,735 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSME2, PSMB9, and TPTEP1. Each is linked with PSMB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMB1 versus PSME2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
