PSMB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP132, VN1R84P, and ARHGAP42P4. Each is linked with PSMB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP132 grouped by PSMB1-low versus PSMB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
