Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,834 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, Negative regulation of meiotic nuclear division, and Negative regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with PSMB1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMB1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMB1 results are reported.
