Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMA7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMA7 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PSMA7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMA7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and CESC are the cancer types where PSMA7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
